Since 2002, Salamandra's Catering has been built on a passion for bringing people together through exceptional food and genuine hospitality. Our journey began in the restaurant industry, where we learned that great meals are about more than just what is on the plate- they're about creating memorable experiences.

As our reputation for fresh ingredients, outstanding service, and attention to detail grew, so did the requests to bring the same experience beyond the restaurant walls. What started as serving guests in our restaurant naturally evolved into catering weddings, corporate events, family celebrations and special occasions throughout our community.
